You appeared on a season of Survivor that featured the “Blood Vs Water” theme, along with your mother Missy - how has the experience 

changed your relationship with your mom?

 

My mom and I have always been close, and people always ask this question… But, our relationship hasn’t changed too much. I still love her the most. And she still loves me. She’s living in Texas (back home) and I’m at school in Nashville, so we miss each other very much. 

 

How do you think your game would have differed if you were to have competed by yourself?

 

I think I would of had a lot harder time mentally staying motivated, however I believe had I been by myself, I wouldn’t have felt the pressure to 

take care of my mom or make her proud if that makes sense… I didn’t want to fail her. And that pressure can cause distraction in game play. 

 

We have seen an increase in “themed” seasons of Survivor with Survivor: Worlds Apart and Survivor: Cagayan ‘Brawn vs Brain vs Beauty’. 

If you were to have appeared on a ‘Brawn vs Brain vs Beauty’ season which tribe would you expect to be placed into?

 

I don’t know.. Either Brawn or Beauty probably?? 

 

Whilst chatting to (Survivor: Cook Islands castaway) Billy Garcia recently he stated that, “losing Survivor is better than winning most other reality shows”.  Have you found that Survivor has opened up many doors for you since your time on the show?

 

Definitely. The doors have swung open left and right for me since Survivor. It was kind of my first draft into the entertainment industry if that 

makes sense… And now I’m getting offers from all sorts of teams. My analogies sometimes work and sometimes don’t. 

 

We will be seeing a number of your fellow Survivor: San Juan del Sur cast mates return for ‘Survivor: Cambodia - Second Chance’ how do you 

think Jeremy, Keith and Kelley will fair?

 

I think Jeremy will do great. I think Keith will either slide through again and somehow make it to the end, or he will be voted out early for being 

“older” than the others. And I think Kelley will also play a great game. 

 

 

Are there any other castaways (aside from yourself and your mom) that you believe are deserving of a “second chance”?

 

I believe Nadiya (Natalie’s sister) deserves another chance.

 

Recently you have featured on a number of “Survivor Villains” lists, did you ever think that you would be labelled as a villain heading in to the 

series?

 

I did not. I didn’t even know I was featured as a villain until right now… That’s honestly surprising… I’m pretty freakin bubbly

 

Were there any Survivor contestants that you idolised going in to the game?

 

I didn’t idolize anybody really.. I’m a total Parvarti fan and definitely loved Malcolm.

John Cochran probably… Love him.

Sandra (even though I loved her spicy personality).

 

What is the worst twist in Survivor History?

 

Can’t think of one… That’s the point of the game! To have twists! 

 

Moving forward Survivor needs to...

 

...invite back more past players to play with new players…Makes it interesting.
